September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center
On an ongoing basis M. D. Anderson Cancer Center offers free prostate screenings every Tuesday to men without Health Insurance. Appointments are limited to 10 patients each day and are held at 7:30 AM in the ACB (Mays Clinic) building. To schedule an appointment for a free prostate cancer screening call 713-792-8924.
SightLine Medical Center
SightLine Medical Center , 9150 S. Main St. A-3, Houston offers free “walk-in” PSA screenings and consultation covering: an overview, the prostate gland, causes and risk factors, and signs and symptoms. Screening is available every Monday from 11 AM to 4 PM. For additional information call 713-630-8181.
